Who we are
Opex Consulting Group (“Opex”, “we”) operates opexcg.com from its headquarters at 1 One North Crescent, Level 7, Razer Building, Singapore 138538. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
The public pages of this site collect personal data in two places only: the contact form and event registration.
Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form we collect:
- your name, work email address and company
- your phone number, if you choose to give one
- the topic you picked and the message you wrote
- the page you were on when you sent the form
Event registrations
When you register for a webinar or event we collect your name, email address, company, job title, phone number and any notes you add. Only the name and email address are required.
Technical data
When you send either form, we use your IP address to limit how many submissions one connection can make in an hour, which protects the forms from spam. The address is kept in a counter that expires, and it is not linked to your enquiry. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also processes requests to deliver pages and may keep standard request logs under its own terms.
Cookies and tracking
The public pages of this site set no cookies, and they run no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts. Fonts, images and product videos are served from our own site.
Our staff sign in to a separate management console. That sign-in sets one session cookie (opex_session), which is HttpOnly, limited to the console’s own address path and expires after 8 hours. Visitors never receive it.
Why we use your data
- To read and reply to your enquiry
- To register you for the event you chose and to contact you about it
- To keep the forms free of spam and abuse
We do not sell personal data.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Enquiries and registrations are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Each enquiry is also emailed to marketing@opexcg.com through Cloudflare’s email service, and our staff can read it in the management console. Cloudflare acts as our hosting, database and email-delivery provider, and may process data outside Singapore.
Some pages link to other websites, for example a webinar replay or a registration page. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it

Your choices and requests
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Email marketing@opexcg.com from the address you used and say what you would like. We will respond as the PDPA requires.
